Fleet Mobile DVR with GPS tracking Benefits

Vehicle insurance, leasing, damage, and maintenance can account for more than half of your fleet’s operating expenses. You may proactively and methodically decrease that essential overhead by utilizing consolidated data and predictive reports.

Fleet GPS tracking with video footage allows you to see what actually happened and may save you time and money while also safeguarding your drivers, increasing efficiency, and providing piece of mind. Regular GPS data can only tell you so much, but by incorporating live driver film into your operations via a fleet dash cam and DVR system, you can get comprehensive control of your fleet like never before.

A fleet camera system helps ensure that your drivers are adhering to safety regulations, allowing you to keep your cars on the road and your operations operating efficiently. Our fleet GPS tracking includes basic functions as well as video from driver-side and/or road-facing cameras.

The Kocchi’s fleet GPS monitoring DVR system allows you to follow your fleet in real time and receive notifications of incidents like as speeding, impact accidents, hard acceleration, and sudden stopping. You will be notified and will be able to see a handful of still photos captured during the event. You will also be able to see a video file from the fleet dash cam.

You may record the road and the interior of the cab with fleet GPS tracking, which can lead to a reduction in dangerous driving. Seat belt violations, inattentive driving, littering, and other improper driver behaviors can also be detected by fleet dash cams.

Having real-time data at your fingertips will allow you to identify possible concerns — such as accident-prone drivers, lease mileage difficulties, and imminent maintenance — before they occur. Within seconds after an event, the system feeds footage from all cameras simultaneously, enabling rapid visibility and the opportunity to quickly settle responsibility. You may also track money-saving and expense-cutting trends using a complete collection of statistics.

Cloud-connected GPS tracking fleet dash cameras provide continuous high-quality video clips and night vision via a searchable web dashboard. Furthermore, the front and back cameras give a 360-degree vision. Reports based on d can also be generated.

Alarm Input/Output

All our MDVRs are equipped with alarm inputs and outputs. You have the flexibility to connect the alarm inputs either to the vehicle switchboard or directly to onboard contacts and push-buttons.

Each input can be assigned specific alarm actions, including displaying the camera feed in full screen, initiating recording, capturing images, or sending notifications to the monitoring server or via the application. The alarm outputs can be utilized to trigger local devices when the inputs are activated.

FAQs About Our Mobile DVR Camera System.

It’s entirely up to you! We offer the option of including a touch screen dash monitor, conveniently positioned within the driver’s line of sight. This monitor functions much like a backup camera, enabling the driver to quickly glance at it to view real-time footage captured by the cameras.

With this touch screen monitor, drivers can effortlessly switch between different camera views or configure split-screen displays. This feature proves particularly beneficial when maneuvering through tight spaces or navigating challenging terrain!

Yes absolutely, many of our clients use these systems as continuous surveillance of their vehicle. Our mobile DVR system comes with a parking mode feature that allows them to keep recording even after the car is turned off, providing 24-hour surveillance for car security.

Our cameras are equipped with a night vision mode that activates an infrared (IR) function along with automatic electronic shutter and auto white balance. These night vision capabilities enhance visibility in low-light conditions, providing footage that is nearly as clear as daytime viewing.

If necessary, our mobile DVR system can connect a maximum of 8 cameras per vehicle. Typically, we advise configuring 4 to 5 cameras per vehicle for optimal coverage. With a 5-camera setup, trucks and vehicles will have comprehensive coverage of all four sides, including a driver-facing dashboard camera. On the other hand, a 4-camera configuration will only include a front-facing dash cam, omitting video recording of the driver.

The amount of storage capacity for surveillance footage greatly varies depending on the camera configuration per vehicle. For instance, using our 4CH MDVR, a (4) camera setup can accommodate approximately 350 – 400 hours of loop recording surveillance when utilizing a 1-terabyte hard drive. However, if there are more than 4 cameras, the storage space required increases, resulting in fewer hours of footage storage. Conversely, with fewer than (4) cameras, more hours of footage can be stored due to reduced space usage.

Mobile DVR: Designed for use in vehicles such as cars, trucks, buses, trains, or boats. They are built to withstand vibrations, shocks, and temperature variations encountered during vehicle operation.

Regular DVR: Typically used in stationary environments such as homes, offices, or businesses. They are not designed to handle the rigors of vehicle movement.
